their products, and are willing to pay a generous commission. At Jagged Blade Software, we work closely with our affiliates to calculate a scheme that is in the interests of
both parties. Please read below to find out more!
What
is an affiliate?
In basic terms, an affiliate is someone who advertises a certain
product on their site, on someone else's behalf. In exchange for
this, the person selling the product pays the affiliate for each
sale they generate. In this case, this means that you promote
one or more games from Jagged Blade Software and for every person
buys the full product from your site we will pay you a percentage.
This percentage is somewhere between 25% and 45% depending on
the quality of your site, its relevance to our games and how much
traffic it generates.
So,
if you decided to become an Affiliate for our galaga
game - Xeno Assault 2 and your site was good, but did
not generate a large amount of interested buyers, you could expect
around $3.75 per sale. However, if you had a high quality site
with lots of interested visitors, you would get almost $7.50 per
sale. Note: If you wish, you can be paid in other currencies,
they will be converted according to the current exchange rate
for you.
How
can I be sure I will get paid?
Our affiliate program is monitored by a neutral third party, Plimus.
Plimus uses it's advanced technology to track every person who
purchases one our shooter games,
and works out exactly which site they came from when purchasing
the game. This scheme means that you will definitely get the money
you are owed.
When
will I get payed?
You will be paid monthly by Plimus.
What
do I have to do?
Follow these simple steps, and you can begin earning money today!
Step
1
Sign-Up as an Affiliate with Plimus. This is required to make
sure that you get paid for the sales you make, if you don't sign
up, we cannot track you, and we cannot pay you. You will be required
to give a few pieces of information, rest assured, this sign up
process is totally secure and doesn?t cost you a penny.
After signing up you will have access to a special control panel
from which you can customize your the affiliate program to suit
your needs.
After
setting up your account you will need to approach us for an affiliate
deal. If you need instructions on how to do this, please send
an email to with the word "Affiliate"
as the title.
Step 2
Wait for us to approve your site. After signing up we will receive
automatic notification and review your site and details. In most
cases this will take less than 48 hours. If we decide to accept
your site, we will email you with your special demo version, and
other information. If you would like a higher commission, you
will need to email us and request it, giving details of roughly
how many visitors your site gets per month. Based on this data
and the quality of your site, we will decide if we want to give
you a higher commission. If you feel your commission is too low,
you can always cancel at any time.
Step
3
Promote us! Once all this is done, you must promote the products
you have chosen. You may simply place a small link, or banner
on your site, or you may wish to launch a full scale marketing
campaign. What ever you decide to do, remember you only get paid
for the sales you generate, so it is in your best interests to
promote our shooter games as much as
you can. You will be sent a promotion package containing a large
amount of graphics, and text you can use on your site to advertise.
If you don't like our graphics and text, you can always make your
own!
